Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lantid Sales Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not resell the Service without a written agreement.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
