Lantid Sales Pro ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

• Account data: name, email, company, role, and authentication credentials.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address.
• Customer content: inventory data you upload (items, suppliers, movements, orders).
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

• To deliver, secure, and improve the service.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
• To provide support when you contact us.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors required to run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments) under strict data-processing agreements.

4. Data retention

We retain customer content for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is gated by role-based permissions and audited.

We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they take effect.
